Syndesus connects U.S. companies with top Canadian tech talent through services like EOR, PEO, and global tech recruiting. As their audience expanded to include both corporate clients and individual job seekers, their website needed a complete overhaul—from messaging to navigation to mobile usability.

This project involved a full redesign of the entire site, rethinking both structure and style to better guide users through Syndesus’ unique service offerings while elevating the brand’s professional yet approachable identity.

Challenges

The original site had solid brand visuals, but struggled to clearly explain what Syndesus did and who it was for. Core services like PEO/EOR and tech recruiting were not immediately visible, and there was no clear differentiation between content meant for companies versus individual job seekers.

Navigation was sparse, page layouts were content-heavy, and mobile responsiveness was limited. Social proof elements like testimonials and press mentions were buried or inconsistently used. As a result, users often left without fully understanding the value Syndesus offered—or what action to take next.

We rebuilt the website from the ground up to focus on clarity, conversion, and user experience:
